Be sure to check out the new "Dara" design added to my Etsy store. The "Dara" incorporates a hand-crocheted cloche style hat with a hand-dyed silk scarf. $5 of each hat sold will go towards the adoption fund of ttbella's new grandchild (and sister or brother of our little model) that will be adopted from Africa, hopefully in the not-too-distant future.

I received the most incredible gift from my amazing daughter this year! She and I share a love for anything handmade for a cause.
These sandals are called Ssekos. They are handmade by a group of young women in Uganda with proceeds from sales going to further their educations.
